Bringing ALOHA to NYC!
At Mika Harmony Art the goal is to share ALOHA with the world. It’s our first time officially in NYC, so that sounds like a great start!

Being from Maui, it took me a bit of time to channel the busy city of New York to get something that would be perfect for the invite.
The great feedback I received from Backstage Creations was a HUGE help for this island-girl to get more citified!
Keeping ALOHA in a City theme
Keeping with my saturated tones, this time in navy, grey and black I was able to bring in a more gritty city feel but still keeping my Aloha watercolor look of splashy blocks of color.

It is such an honor to know that so many people will now be introduced to my art and hopefully feel the ALOHA in each package.
The measure of success for me in my art life, is to be able to bring a bit of happy to just one person. With my work being on the East Coast for the first time, I feel like a successful artist today!
