Aloha Confections Watercolors
I recently ordered a BUNCH of new paints (my name is Mika, and I have an ADDICTION to Art Supplies!! and since these new paints are in yummy pastel shades they inspired a whole new series.
My new series is named Aloha Confections after the colors found in the sweet treats of Hawai’i. Â These new original paintings were done in shades of lavender, sea foam, pastel pink and more.
I focused on happy rainbows and hearts since we are near to Valentine’s Day….and who doesn’t love a rainbow?! 🙂
Also making an appearance are splashy pineapples. Â I thought of the refreshing feeling of sweet, juicy pineapple on a hot Hawaiian summer day. 
Pineapples in sweet pastel tones, with pops of vibrant sunset colored accents and rainbows with hearts full of sherbet colors. A deliciously simple combo sure to bring a bit of happy to your day.
